UX Aproach
PHASE 1: DISCOVERY
Reasearch
The Discovery phase begins with conducting comprehensive research and analysis to understand your project and objectives thoroughly. Utilizing diverse research methods, I uncover valuable insights about your target audience, industry trends, and competitors.. Synthesizing these findings, a focused design strategy is formulated, highlighting key insights and constructing detailed user personas. This strategic groundwork paves the way for purposeful, user-centric solutions in subsequent design iterations, ensuring alignment with the specific needs of your users and business objectives.
PHASE 2: DESIGN, ITTERATE & VALIDATE
Prototype
In the Design phase, I collaboratively brainstorm with product owners and developers, to generate design ideas and create interactive prototypes. Testing designs and prototypes against user feedback validates user-friendliness, interactions, usability, and business intent. Consistent collaboration with developers ensures a seamless transition from design to development. This iterative process refines designs to ensure solutions meet design specifications, behavioral expectations, and accessibility requirements.
PHASE 3: BUILD, TEST AND RELEASE
Launch
During the development phase, I collaborate closely with developers, providing design specifications, design assets, style guides and documentation for implementation into functional code. My background in front-end coding allows for nuanced communication between myself and development teams, positioning me as a valuable resource to help ensure the digital product meets design specification and behaves as expected.
PHASE 4: MEASURE AND ITTERATE
Improve
In this phase, I assess the project's success by measuring KPIs and pertinent metrics, including conversion rates, error rates, and task completion time. The analysis of this quantifiable data establishes a foundation for continuous refinement and iteration, ensuring the project evolves based on valuable insights derived directly from the measurement process.
